1. Analyze your situation and clarify your needs. This session is offered free of charge.
Whether you choose to continue after this session or not, you will leave the conversation with detailed insights into your movement challenges and an experience of connecting with a knowledgeable teacher.
2. Design a customized roadmap – a realistic route – toward achieving the results you want.
Based on the Discovery Session, you work with Ruth Ann to create a program outline for reaching your movement goals.
Your roadmap can be designed to be taken online via Zoom or in face-to-face meetings if you live within the greater Toronto area.
3. Explore Private Sessions
These packages of private sessions are entirely customized to your body and your goals.
MoveBetter Basic Program
3 Session Package
$250
A focused exploration of your body movement habits and challenges.
Each one-hour session introduces you to gentle remediating patterns and exercises that set you up to achieve your movement goals.
A written summary is provided at the end of the third session.
The Complete MoveBetter Program
5 Session Package $450
Additional Sessions: $90 per hour
Add detail and depth to your personalized program over a period of 6 – 8 weeks.
Receive refinements and adaptations from Ruth Ann that enable you to move on your own with
ease.
Over time, you will build a comprehensive set of practices that offers you variety and support.
Each session is followed by detailed notes and/or video recaps from Ruth Ann.
4. Try a Class or a Workshop.

Pay What You Can
Join Ruth Ann weekly for a class in functional yoga and movement.
This class may be done using a chair or a
yoga mat.
Interactive, gentle and fun, these weekly
sessions are currently offered in a Zoom format.
Occasional Theme-Based Workshops
Practical and accessible, these workshops focus on a movement challenge common among Older Adults.
In the past, Ruth Ann has offered Theme-Based workshops on Balance, Improving Your Gait, Hips and Shoulders and Getting Up from the Ground.
These workshops generally come in ‘packages’ of 3, over 3 weeks and are one hour in length each.

Sink into Sleep
A 30-minute meditation that releases the body toward slumber.
Session Plus: $35.00
The Sink into Sleep session plus a downloadable audio file of the meditation practice

Finding Your Footing
Mobilize and Strengthen your Feet and Ankles
A friendly and empowering 1-hour session that will strengthen your feet and ankles to help you build balance and stability.
Attendees are required to have access to a tennis ball and an exercise band.
